Genesis Outdoor Services LLC is a full-service outdoor maintenance service for yard maintenance, landscaping, snow removal and more. Here is a brief description of each service we provide:
- Yard Maintenance: lawn mowing, aerating, fertilizing, spring/fall clean-up, flower bed maintenance, weeding, hedge/bush/small tree trimming, etc.
- Landscaping: whether working with a landscape architect/designer, or if you just have some ideas, we can make them all happen — hardscaping (patios, walk-ways, retaining walls), flower/plant installation, sod installation, etc.
- Snow Removal: while utilizing the latest technology along with plant/animal/human friendly ice melter, we handle all sizes of properties — single family residences, muli-units, condo/townhome associations, commercial properties and parking lots
- Deck Maintenance: powerwashing and sealing/staining

Hello –
I am starting a condo association management company and I am looking for a company to outsource the outdoor maintenance (snow removal & lawn care – primarily) items to.
I currently manage 2 properties and I am looking to grow the business. Can you send me additional information on rates, etc. that would be great. I am aware that is depends on the size of the building but I am curious as to whether you charge a fee per visit or a flat fee per season.
